Moneyling LLC – Dreamlife-Sim App Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dreamlife-Sim App ("Dreamlife-Sim" or the "App"), operated by Moneyling LLC ("Moneyling," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Dreamlife-Sim, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

By accessing or using the Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into and comply with these Terms and that your use does not violate any applicable laws or contractual obligations. If you access the Services on behalf of an organization, educational institution, employer, or other entity (“Institution”), you represent that you have authority to bind that Institution to these Terms. Your continued use after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Definitions

For purposes of these Terms:

  • “Services” means the Moneyling platform and all related products, tools, features, and functionalities, including financial learning modules, Dreamlife-Sim simulation features, learning management system capabilities, and any associated websites, mobile applications, and content.
  • “Dreamlife-Sim” or “App” means Moneyling’s interactive financial simulation tool that allows users to model hypothetical financial scenarios, explore budgeting and financial decision-making, and engage in educational simulations related to income, expenses, savings, investments, and life goals.
  • “User” means any individual accessing the Services.
  • “Institution” means any organization such as a school, university, employer, financial institution, or nonprofit that provides or sponsors access to the Services.
  • “Educational Content” refers to lessons, simulations, quizzes, and financial literacy resources available through the Services.
  • “User Content” means information or materials submitted by a User through the Services.

2. Eligibility

Dreamlife-Sim is intended for users aged 16 and older. By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and are using the App for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise authorized.

COPPA compliant version. A COPPA compliant version of Dreamlife-Sim is available for use in settings where children under 13 may be present (e.g., schools and educational institutions). 3. Description of the Service

Dreamlife-Sim is an AI-powered educational and simulation platform that helps users explore lifestyle, career, and financial scenarios.

  • AI-generated simulations and projections
  • Research-driven responses generated by intelligent agents
  • Educational tasks and planning prompts
  • Visualizations and interactive tools

Dreamlife-Sim is not a bank, broker, financial institution, or advisory service.

4. Educational & Entertainment Use Only

Dreamlife-Sim is provided solely for educational and entertainment purposes.

  • Financial advice
  • Investment recommendations
  • Legal, tax, or accounting advice
  • Professional counseling of any kind

Any outputs, simulations, tasks, or insights generated by the App are illustrative only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice.

5. No Guaranteed Outcomes

  • All projections, simulations, and outputs are estimates and hypothetical scenarios
  • Results are based on assumptions, averages, and historical or publicly available data
  • No outcomes are guaranteed
  • Actual results may vary significantly

Moneyling makes no representations or warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or future performance.

6. AI Agents & Research Disclosure

Dreamlife-Sim uses automated AI agents to:

  • Analyze user inputs
  • Research publicly available or licensed data sources
  • Generate educational responses, simulations, and tasks

You understand and agree that:

  • AI-generated outputs may contain errors or omissions
  • Outputs are not reviewed by humans before delivery
  • The App does not claim outputs are factual, authoritative, or personalized advice

Users are responsible for evaluating the relevance and accuracy of all outputs.

7. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account.

  • Provide accurate and current information
  • Safeguard your login credentials
  • Accept responsibility for activity under your account

Moneyling is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect credentials.

8. User Inputs & Ownership

You may provide inputs such as:

  • Personal goals
  • Preferences
  • Hypothetical financial, lifestyle, and career information

You retain ownership of your personal inputs. By submitting inputs, you grant Moneyling a limited license to process them for App functionality.

9. Use of Inputs, Outputs & Model Improvement

  • User inputs are processed to generate personalized outputs and tasks
  • Inputs, interactions, and outputs may be used in aggregated, anonymized form to:
    • Improve the App
    • Train and refine internal models
    • Develop features
    • Generate non-identifiable statistics and metrics

Moneyling does not use personal data to identify individuals during model training.

10. App Usage Analytics & Derived Metrics

Moneyling collects usage data such as:

  • Feature interaction
  • Session activity
  • Task engagement
  • Aggregate behavioral trends

We may derive statistical insights and metrics from collective usage data for internal analysis, reporting, and product improvement. These insights do not identify individual users.

11. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
  • Submit false or misleading data or impersonate any person or entity
  • Copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the Services or content without authorization
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover source code or algorithms of the Services
  • Circumvent security features or gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks
  • Upload malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the platform or other users’ use of the Services
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated means to scrape data or manipulate engagement metrics

We reserve the right to monitor use, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

12. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, trademarks, content, and AI systems within Dreamlife-Sim and the Services are owned by or licensed to Moneyling LLC. No rights in the platform or content are transferred to you except the limited license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

  • Copy, modify, or redistribute the App or platform content
  • Use the App to build competing products
  • Extract source code or proprietary logic
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

Trademarks. “Moneyling,” “Dreamlife-Sim,” and related names, logos, and marks are trademarks of Moneyling LLC. You may not use them without Moneyling’s prior written consent.

DMCA. If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, you may send a DMCA notice with: identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the infringing material; your contact information; a good-faith statement that use is not authorized; and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate. Send DMCA notices to: Moneyling LLC, 150 Southfield Ave, Stamford, CT 06902, Email: legal@moneyling.org. Moneyling may remove infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.

User Feedback. If you submit suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Services, you grant Moneyling a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback without compensation or attribution to you.

13. Third-Party Services

Dreamlife-Sim may rely on third-party services for:

  • Hosting
  • Analytics
  • Authentication
  • AI infrastructure

Moneyling is not responsible for third-party services or their policies.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time and may request account deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Moneyling may suspend or terminate your access if: (a) you violate these Terms; (b) you engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct; (c) required for security or legal reasons; or (d) an institutional or program agreement governing your access is terminated.

Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases. Moneyling may retain certain account or usage data as required by law, for dispute resolution, or for legitimate business purposes, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

Moneyling disclaims all warranties, including accuracy or reliability of outputs, fitness for a particular purpose, and availability or uninterrupted operation.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moneyling LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Financial losses or decisions made based on App outputs
  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
  • Loss of data, interruption of service, or unauthorized access

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moneyling’s total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Moneyling for the Services in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the App.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Moneyling LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your access to or use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights; or (d) any content or conduct from your account. If you use the Services on behalf of an Institution, that Institution agrees to indemnify Moneyling for claims arising from its administration of access or its users’ use of the Services.

18. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Dreamlife-Sim App, or your use of the App shall be resolved by binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

  • Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only
  • Class actions, collective actions, and representative proceedings are waived
  • Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules
  • The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding

You knowingly and voluntarily waive your right to a jury trial and to litigate disputes in court, except for matters that may be brought in small claims court where permitted.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any court proceedings permitted under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

20. Force Majeure

Moneyling shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, cyberattacks, internet or telecommunications failures, labor disputes, or other force majeure events. During such an event, Moneyling’s obligations are suspended to the extent and for the duration that the event prevents or delays performance.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Moneyling Privacy Policy and any applicable supplemental or institutional agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Moneyling regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

23. Electronic Communications

By using the Services, you consent to receive communications from Moneyling electronically (e.g., email, in-app notifications). You agree that electronic agreements, notices, and disclosures satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current so you can receive these communications.

24. Subscriptions and Payment by Platform

Dreamlife-Sim offers monthly subscription plans (including a free tier, $9.99 per month, and $19.99 per month) across different platforms. Where you subscribe and how you pay depend on how you access the App. Functional links to this Privacy Policy and these Terms of Use (EULA) are provided in the app and in each store’s listing.

Apple App Store (iOS)

If you subscribe through the Apple App Store, the following applies. (Apple is the only platform where we use Apple Pay / In-App Purchase for subscription payments.) The following information is provided in the app and in App Store metadata as required by Apple:

  • Title of subscription: The name of the auto-renewing subscription is shown in the app and in the App Store (it may match the In-App Purchase product name).
  • Length of subscription: Subscriptions are monthly. The subscription period is displayed in the app’s purchase flow and in the App Store.
  • Price: Monthly subscription plans include a free tier, $9.99 per month, and $19.99 per month. The current price for each plan is also shown in the app and in the App Store at the time of purchase.
  • Privacy Policy: Privacy Policy. This link is also available in the app and in the App Store listing.

Subscription payments for Apple App Store purchases are processed by Apple (including via Apple Pay where offered). Management of the subscription (e.g., cancellation, renewal) is done through your Apple ID and device settings. Refund requests for Apple purchases must be directed to Apple.

Google Play and Web App

If you subscribe through Google Play (Android) or the web app, payments are processed by Stripe (not Apple Pay). Subscription title, length, price, and links to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use are shown in the app or on the web at the time of purchase. Subscription management and refund requests for Google Play purchases are handled through your Google account; for web app purchases, contact us or use the account/billing settings provided in the service.

Cancellation and refunds. You may cancel a paid subscription at any time through your account settings or the applicable store. Unless otherwise required by law, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; fees already paid are generally non-refundable. Refund requests may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at Moneyling’s discretion. Apple and Google handle refunds for purchases made through their stores.

Taxes. Subscription fees do not include applicable sales, use, or value-added taxes. You are responsible for any taxes imposed on your use of the Services. Where required by law, Moneyling may collect and remit such taxes.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will indicate the last updated date at the top. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Where required by law, we may provide advance notice of material changes.
